Senior Product Designer – Enterprise Systems

The Senior Product Designer partners with Product and Engineering leadership to define problems and shape solutions by translating complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences. Core duties include leading end-to-end design execution, conducting research, developing prototypes, and collaborating with engineering to ship high-quality features.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap direction through user-centered discovery, workflow analysis, and clear product narratives
• Translate complex operational processes into intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Lead end-to-end design execution across the product lifecycle
• Conduct lightweight research activities such as stakeholder interviews, user feedback sessions, and usability testing
• Develop prototypes ranging from low- to high-fidelity to accelerate decision-making and validate design concepts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex product and workflow challenges
• Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and workflow design
• Experience leading design initiatives through ambiguity and evolving requirements
