The Senior Graphic Designer leads high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints, taking full ownership of complex projects to drive elevated aesthetics and ensure brand consistency. This role involves hands-on design work while serving as a creative partner to leadership and collaborating across various internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the concepting, design, and production of advanced creative work including campaigns, digital experiences, print collateral, packaging, tradeshow materials, and product-support assets
- Execute high-quality visual solutions across multiple platforms with a strong command of layout, typography, composition, and storytelling
- Oversee complex design projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designer, Visual Communication or a related field
- 4-7 years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
