
The role involves performing user research to identify pain points and owning the design vision for the new AI Adoption product. Responsibilities also include rapidly prototyping high-fidelity concepts, leading concept sprints, and designing/iterating on flows and visuals for AI-enabled features.
Responsibilities
- Perform user research to identify insights, pain points, and problems to solve for users
- Own the design vision for the Adoption product
- Rapidly prototype high-fidelity concepts to test and communicate direction
- Lead concept sprints and align stakeholders through storytelling
- Design and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for AI-enabled features
Requirements
- Deep background in UX and UI for software
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, or Webflow
- Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, testable design hypotheses
- Interest in how AI works to help inspire and inform new user experiences
- Talent for storytelling and proven track record of influencing product strategy through design
