Responsibilities
- Implement the end-to-end game UX, prioritizing features and topics that align with both player delight and business strategy
- Craft comprehensive user flows and game 'overflows' independently, mapping out complex game loops and navigation systems
- Translate raw data and playtest observations into actionable design iterations, advocating for user insights at every stage of development
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes, using advanced Figma features, animations, and micro-interactions to convey 'game feel' and timing
Requirements
- A design mindset and understanding of how players interact with games
- Figma Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of components, auto-layout, and a strong grip on using variables for scalable systems
- Motion & Prototyping Skills: A keen eye for micro-interactions, timing, and spacing that makes a game feel 'juicy' and responsive
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to design for retention, engagement, and business goals
- Communication: The ability to explain the 'why' behind a design choice to stakeholders and developers
