Senior Staff Product Designer, Agentic Commerce

The role involves leading design for Agentic Commerce, shaping strategy, and building transformative products for merchants, agents, and consumers. Responsibilities include reimagining consumer checkout experiences and building tools for merchants to integrate across various surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision alongside product and engineering teammates
• Design and iterate on ambiguous product experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers
• Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve our strategy

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills
• Skilled at operating independently to turn ambiguous, horizontal problems into simple, intuitive solutions
• Confident presenting work to company leadership and skilled at communicating design decisions through clear, compelling storytelling
• Experienced in leading peer designers, either as a design manager or senior IC
