The Senior Product Designer will own the design process end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through to polished, production-ready designs that ship and deliver impact. Responsibilities also include raising the craft bar by creating elegant interfaces and acting as a design leader by communicating rationale through storytelling and mentoring peers.

- Own design end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping to polished, production-ready designs
- Raise the craft bar, creating elegant, intuitive, and aesthetically refined interfaces
- Tell the story, communicating design rationale through storytelling and artifacts
- Be a design leader, giving and soliciting feedback, mentoring peers, and contributing to a culture of detail-obsession and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Track record of shipping impactful work
- Strong visual sensibility paired with thoughtful UX design
- Care deeply about craft
- Ability to own the design process end-to-end
- Believe that great design comes from rigor, not shortcuts
- User-centered mindset
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive and trustworthy experiences
