Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX processes from discovery to delivery
- Evaluate user research consisting of interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops
- Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, flows, and experience principles
- Design complex user flows for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with product trios consisting of PO, RE, and UX
- Contribute to and evolve design systems
- Validate concepts through testing team and iterate based on findings
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization
- Support junior designers
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, systems thinking, and measurable impact
- Solid understanding of UX methodologies and usability principles
- Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
- Experience collaborating in agile product teams
- Ability to translate Jira tickets into user-centered solutions
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable product thinking
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable with ownership and presenting in front of stakeholders
- Fluent in English
