Graphic Designer (Turkey)

The primary function involves creating visual text and imagery concepts using software or by hand to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers, developing layouts for various media like websites, packaging, and reports. Key duties include planning concepts, illustrating designs, communicating with the Creative Director, and handling the entire graphics creation process from defining requirements to final testing.

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
• Communicating with Creative Director about layout and design
• Handling the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
• 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Video editing and Motion Graphics design experiences preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
