
Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing executive-grade design outputs, including presentations, reports, and collateral, while also refreshing core corporate templates and developing a comprehensive template suite. This role also involves establishing and maintaining a structured asset library, refining brand QA workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality, brand-accurate design delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design Production and Brand Execution: Produce executive-grade design across PowerPoint decks, reports, one-pagers, case studies, and event collateral
- Refresh the core corporate deck and selected flagship one-pagers
- Develop and implement a template suite (PowerPoint master, report layout, one-pager template, social tiles)
- Apply strong information design principles to improve clarity, narrative flow, and visual hierarchy
- Prepare print-ready artwork and supplier packs for events and campaigns where required
- Coordinate with social media and Events teams on priority campaign and event assets
Requirements
- 5+ yearsβ experience in graphic design within a corporate, professional services, or structured brand environment
- Advanced PowerPoint capability, including master templates and structured layouts
- Strong layout and information design skills
- Proficiency in professional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Print production knowledge and experience preparing supplier-ready files
- Familiarity with digital asset management and structured file systems
- Strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity
- Structured and organised approach to delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Social, and Events teams
