Lead Product Designer & UXR
Bukuwarung 🇮🇩 Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Java, Indonesia
This role involves leading the Design & Research function as a player-coach, setting the design vision, building a scalable design system, and establishing robust user research practices across all products.
Responsibilities
- Set design direction and standards for all BukuWarung products
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Review designs across the team and provide feedback
- Establish and lead user research practices
- Build deep understanding of micro-merchant needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Define research methods, tools, and cadence for the team
- Elevate design and research capabilities across the team through mentorship and training
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- At least 2 years of experience in UX Research
- Experience managing designers and/or researchers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for mobile and web applications
- Experience conducting and leading user research
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
