Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the design for a defined product area, guiding it from initial problem definition and discovery through to delivery, iteration, and measuring impact. This involves translating complex business and user problems into clear, functional, and user-friendly design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own design for a defined product area from discovery through launch and iteration
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear design decisions
• Balance business goals, user needs, insights, and technical constraints to create solutions
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Influence overall design direction of the product area
• Contribute to and evolve the design system

Requirements

• Proven experience owning design for complex digital products
• Experience working in cross-functional teams where design influenced outcomes
• A portfolio showcasing process from problem definition, research, and trade-offs to UX, interaction, and visual design
• Analytical mindset aimed at improving products
• Ability to operate with autonomy
• Ability to plan and conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product decisions
• Experience working with and evolving design systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• 6+ years of experience designing digital products
