
Product Designer
Ovoko Remote (🇱🇹 Vilnius, Vilnius city municipality, Lithuania)
The Product Designer will fully own the user experience outcomes for their assigned products, defining user flows and interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This involves leading design discovery through user research and data analysis, translating insights into tangible interfaces, and executing high-quality features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience and design outcomes of the product(s) you and your team are working on
- Lead design discovery by spending time with users, testing prototypes, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Translate insights into interfaces by creating user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components
- Execute hands-on with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time
- Measure impact by tracking user interactions and iterating based on feedback and metrics
- Act as a bridge to align internal teams around the user experience and maintain a cohesive visual language
- Champion the user by advocating for solutions that create a satisfying and intuitive experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to work with real users
- Structured problem solver with ability to break down messy problems into clear user flows
- Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and evaluative user research
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change through iterative design
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use qualitative insights and operational metrics to guide design decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
