Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will define the product design strategy for high-level, ambiguous business challenges, ensuring alignment between user needs and long-term commercial goals. They will also partner with leadership to drive architectural decisions, set design standards, and mentor senior talent within the global design community.

Responsibilities

• Define the product design strategy for high-level, ambiguous business challenges
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive architectural decisions and platform-wide design standards
• Champion a culture of design excellence by mentoring senior designers and fostering high-quality craft across the organisation
• Identify and tackle systemic design opportunities that improve performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction at scale
• Act as a bridge between functions, using influence to align cross-functional teams around a unified product vision
