Product Designer

The Product Designer is responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, combining strategic thinking, visual craft, and data analysis. Key duties include translating insights into design problems, structuring product architecture, designing interfaces using the Design System, interpreting metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• User understanding and product strategy: Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable, and prioritized design problems
• UX Design (Architecture and Experience): Design the logical and narrative structure of the product
• UI Design (Interface design): Design end-to-end interfaces applying the principles and components of the Design System
• Data & Experiments: Interpret behavior metrics and make data-informed decisions
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, development, growth, data, and marketing teams
• Documentation and handoff: Deliver clear and complete documentation
