
The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing product experiences that satisfy both user needs and business objectives, while also mentoring other UX Designers within the team. Key duties include performing user research, planning, design conceptualization, user testing, and presenting comprehensive design solutions to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design Guidance and Advocacy: Provides mentorship and guidance to UX Designers within the team
- Conceptual Design: Innovatively designs user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability
- Research and Testing: Collaborates with stakeholders and UX Team Leads to help determine business, design, and technical requirements
- High Performance Team & Culture: Supports a culture of leadership and accountability
Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study
- Certification in UX design
- Certification in design thinking
- 3-5 years’ experience in user experience, interaction design, or digital media design
