Product Designer Specialist

The role involves leading end-to-end design from problem framing to high-fidelity UI, while championing the evolution of the Design System to ensure platform consistency. Designers will partner with product, engineering, and research to ship high-quality experiences and define how agentic AI workflows feel trustworthy and useful.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design: from problem framing through high-fidelity, production-ready UI with sophisticated interactions, flows, and micro-interactions
- Evolve our Design System: champion reusable patterns that ensure consistency and quality across the platform
- Partner with PM, engineering, and research: to frame problems, validate hypotheses with real users, and ship high-quality experiences in tight cycles
- Design for agentic AI experiences: where humans stay in the loop
Requirements
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Product thinking with proven ability to connect business goals and user needs through a data-driven approach
- Systems thinking: ability to scale detailed solutions across applications and platforms while maintaining coherence
- Comfort working with ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problem spaces
- A scientific approach to design: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and validating solutions through qualitative and quantitative research
