Product Designer - Senior Associate

The Senior Product Designer will lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to meet product deadlines, communicating complex information using various interaction design tools. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and iterating designs based on user research findings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with product deadlines
- Communicate complex information using interaction design tools
- Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders
- Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders
Requirements
- Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- 3+ years of work experience in the design field
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote
- Experience in the application of design systems such as Material Design
- Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
