Product Designer - Payroll Experience

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing the interaction design and visual UI for new and existing product features, while also gaining user insights through research to drive innovation. Key tasks include defining and testing interaction designs, experimenting with AI tools in the design process, and ensuring the product is easy to use and visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Define, test, and iterate on the interaction design of new and existing features
- Participate in user research to guide product design decisions
- Ensure all aspects of the product are easy to use and delightful
- Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to UI design standards
- Work with dev scrum teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution designs
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch
- At least 2 years of product-based UX design experience
- Portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design
- Experience exploring or shipping AI-assisted features
- Strong curiosity and judgment in applying emerging technologies to real customer problems
