Staff Product Designer
Omada Health Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Staff Product Designer will lead experience design expression and implementation across the product, while supporting, mentoring, and enabling other designers and product leaders in strategic and detailed design decisions. Key tasks include identifying experience gaps, driving the design process through iterative cycles, and translating business strategy and user aspirations into product development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Leading our experience design expression and implementation across our product
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience
- Driving the design process through definition, ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design
- Collaborating closely with product managers, care team operations, user insights, engineering, and clinical partners
- Using user-centered design methodologies and tools to find and communicate ideas
- Translating business strategy, user aspirations, and clinical impact into product development opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience turning complex problems into engaging design solutions
- Strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, business goals, and clinical insights
- Exceptional experience design skills
- Experience working with design systems
- Expertise in building human-centered AI products
- Experience using AI tools to supercharge design workflows
- Excellent communication skills
