Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will contribute to defining the user experience across Cyara's products by conducting research, creating artifacts like wireframes and user journeys, and validating designs through user testing. Responsibilities also include advocating for design-driven projects, presenting designs to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all aspects of defining the user experience of Cyara's products
- Validate and refine design solutions through user testing methods
- Identify, advocate for, drive and own design-driven projects and initiatives that elevate product usability and visual design
- Collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders, promoting design thinking and processes to the wider teams or organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent
- Min 5 years of industry experience
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
