Senior UX Designer, AI and Learning, Envisioning Studio

Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation AI creativity and learning tools, establishing new design systems and interaction models through rapid prototyping. Partner with cross-functional teams and external experts to transform emerging AI research into tangible product surfaces and functional prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation AI creativity and learning tools, utilizing 'vibe coding' and rapid prototyping to establish new design systems and interaction models across the organization
- Separate major design initiatives that set industry best practices, influencing high-level decision-making and shaping long-term product roadmaps through breakthrough visionary solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external experts to transform emerging AI research into tangible product surfaces and functional prototypes
- Integrate insights and 'deep listening' exercises with practitioner communities to ensure product features are grounded in real-world needs and deliver measurable impact
- Operate across multiple product areas, often adopting a Product Manager (PM) mindset to drive projects from initial concept to shipped prototypes that influence business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience in bringing generative AI-powered products to market
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in designing products
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
- Knowledge of Figma’s design tool
