Senior Product Designer, Driver Experience

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for driving and executing all user experience and design initiatives at a sub-domain level to deliver high-quality products meeting user and business needs. Key tasks include quickly prototyping concepts, presenting data-backed designs to senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts to initiate product momentum
- Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring design concepts to life
- Advocate for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team
- Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Designer
- Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms
- Highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools
