The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions, including designing and producing large-format graphics like vehicle wraps and banners. Key tasks include preparing client proofs, managing revisions, performing color correction, and operating various large-format production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
- Design and produce large-format graphics, including interior and exterior signage, vehicle wraps, banners, trade show displays, and dimensional graphics
- Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
- Perform color correction and ensure accurate color reproduction
- Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Operate large-format printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
- Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks for brand consistency and accuracy
- Maintain organized project documentation and production specifications
- Stay current with signage trends, materials, and production technologies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Proven experience in signage and large-format print production
- Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and large-format production workflows
- Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
