Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will independently develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, executing full website homepage designs, brand packages, and campaign assets with minimal supervision. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently design layouts, full website homepages, logo packages, social media content, digital ads, and other marketing materials aligned with client goals and brand standards
• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables for developers and print vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing strategists, content writers, web developers, and leadership to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions
• Contribute strategic creative input during campaign planning and concept development
• Ensure adherence to brand consistency, accessibility standards, and marketing best practices across all projects
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing deadlines, revisions, and evolving client needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of web design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and digital marketing fundamentals
