The designer will create user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on enhancing usability and engagement through research, testing, and prototyping. Key duties include collaborating with product teams to define requirements and developing/maintaining design systems and UI standards for consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance usability and engagement
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve product experience
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product improvements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver optimal design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards for consistency across platforms
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct design reviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is a plus
- Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
