Product Designer - QA

The role involves living and breathing quality assurance and customer experience, partnering with product and engineering teams to research and develop new QA platform capabilities. Responsibilities include designing interaction models, flows, and mockups while presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Living and breathing quality assurance and CX, thinking about how AI can ensure products and services consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
• Partnering with the product and engineering teams to research and develop new QA platform capabilities for customers
• Designing interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with products

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications
• Prior experience with designing LLM integrations and AI feature workflows
• Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience
