The Senior UX Designer will define, design, and test features for the athenaCollector product by collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to create valuable and delightful user experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user discovery, structuring product information, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring features meet UX quality standards through collaboration and presentation to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively
- Conducting discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Developing and organizing the structure of information within a product
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the agile planning, design, and development process
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
- 5 to 9 years of professional experience working in digital design
- Solid capability in UX creative and design techniques
- Experience facilitating and summarizing user research
- Understand how to work within agile development process
