Product Designer

The role involves owning feature-level UX design across existing and new product areas, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to design clear and efficient experiences for complex, data-heavy products. Responsibilities include refining features, improving usability, translating complex requirements into intuitive user flows, and preparing designs for development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineering on designing and refining features
- Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of existing workflows
- Partner with PMs on discovery, research and ideation
- Translate complex requirements and datasets into intuitive user flows
- Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Prepare designs for development and support engineering during implementation
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product/UX design experience
- Experience with complex products (B2B, SaaS, analytics, enterprise, etc.)
- Strong interaction design skills
- Comfortably owning defined features end-to-end
- Experience collaborating with engineering
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with working in design systems
