The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design of monetisation experiences, including pricing pages, upgrade flows, and conversion touchpoints for self-serve and enterprise users. This role involves designing and running data-driven experiments focused on conversion and expansion metrics while shaping product strategy through cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of monetisation experiences
- Design and run data-driven experiments focused on conversion, retention, and expansion metrics
- Shape product strategy by partnering closely with cross-functional leadership
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests
- Collaborate with Content Design to craft compelling value propositions
- Establish and advocate for scalable, best-in-class monetisation design standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated experience designing monetisation surfaces with proven impact on conversion rates
- Strong understanding of monetisation and pricing concepts for SaaS products
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
