The Associate Product Designer will collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create user flows, interfaces, and prototypes that address user needs and product goals, focusing on guiding students through enrollment and helping college partners engage effectively. Responsibilities include evaluating current user experience, proposing improvements, supporting senior designers on larger projects, and assisting with evaluative research to test and refine solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current state user experience and identify UX/UI issues
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that address clear user and business needs
- Assist with lightweight evaluative/usability research and apply findings to designs
- Participate in design critiques and cross-functional meetings
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a product/UX design role
- Portfolio of product experiences that showcase user flows, interface design, and prototypes
- Great taste and keen eye for craft and quality
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and other modern design tools
