The role involves designing and creating engaging content marketing assets such as web graphics, advertisements, and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to test and refine designs, translating goals into creative solutions, and maintaining the existing design system and UI pattern library.
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging content marketing assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test, iterate, and refine designs
- Translate goals, research, and feedback into thoughtful, high-quality creative solutions
- Work within and help maintain the existing design system and UI pattern library
- Learn and grow design skills by contributing to real-world projects, receiving feedback, and experimenting with new ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, web design, UX, or related fields
- GPA above 3.4
- Background in design
- Portfolio showcasing excellent graphic design work
- 2-5 years of experience
- Outstanding skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- Knowledge of web design/graphic design/UX best practices
- HTML/CSS coding experience (not required but a plus)
