Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. Key duties include producing digital ads, short-form videos, social media templates, and print materials, while collaborating with the Art Director and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Art Director, and Marketing and eCommerce team
- Produce digital ads, digital graphics, and short-form videos including animations
- Support internal communication design needs
- Create templates for social media including Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Design print materials for in-store collateral
- Participate in lifestyle and studio creative shoots as needed
- Play a key role in our brand evolution
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Passionate about storytelling, creating engaging content, lifestyle brands, and home décor
- Understand omni-channel business strategy, have worked with social media platforms, love Digital Marketing, retail environments, and understand customer engagement
- Dynamic and adaptable – you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator – your interpersonal and written/listening skills help you succeed
- Team player – you demonstrate flexibility and work well both independently and on a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other related positions is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working on the production of digital and print files
- Expert skills working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
