Graphic Designer - Saudi National

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing visuals based on design briefs, preparing drafts, and creating final graphics, logos, and illustrations using appropriate software. This role involves producing various documents like reports and dashboards while ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Create new processes and standards for graphic design purposes
- Update and maintain internal databases for graphic design related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A highly creative mindset with experience of using own creative skills for creation of professional documents
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
