Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for Meta/Google Ads
- Adapt designs across different formats and placements
- Create engaging organic social media posts
- Elevate storytelling and visuals from initial concept to final delivery
- Apply and oversee the implementation of the new visual identity across all means of communication
Requirements
- Proven design experience, including work in graphic design teams
- Experience designing PPC ads
- Understanding of how design impacts CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Proven experience in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
