
Graphic Designer β Marketing, UI/UX & Video

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact creatives for digital campaigns, social media content, print materials, and UI/UX projects, while ensuring strong visual concepts align with brand strategy. Key tasks include designing high-converting ad creatives, developing landing pages in Figma, and handling video editing for various marketing needs.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos)
- Design professional brochures, booklets, company profiles, and other print collateral
- Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand strategy
- Design landing pages, wireframes, and UI/UX layouts using Figma
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Handle video editing for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Produce short-form video content optimized for different platforms
- Prepare digital and print-ready files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign planning and creative strategy
- Use modern AI tools to enhance ideation, workflow efficiency, and creative output
- Stay updated with design trends, advertising standards, and platform requirements
Requirements
- 2β3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Proven experience in designing brochures, booklets, and marketing materials
- Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for digital marketing
- Strong understanding of design psychology, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with Figma (UI/UX design, wireframes, prototyping)
- Ability to create engaging marketing videos with transitions, captions, and platform optimization
- Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, spacing, and composition
- Experience using AI tools to improve creative processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design is preferable but not mandatory
