- Design and develop technical designs and main ideas for advertising campaigns to maintain the company's image with customers, which contributes to increasing the volume of sales
- Maintain a guide to communicating with customers to build the company's identity
- Responsible for social media designs
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into creative designs that align with brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and originality of projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy and consistency before production or publication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team and take constructive feedback
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
