The role primarily involves conceptualizing and building visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns, accounting for approximately 70% of the workload. Additional duties include designing static ad assets for social platforms and executing packaging designs and light web content.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns and automated flows
• Design static ad assets for social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Execute packaging designs, inserts, flyers, and light web content/mockups
• Build and maintain email designs and digital assets within Figma using best practices
• Prepare and hand off print-ready files for packaging and marketing inserts
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring a cohesive look from digital touchpoints to physical packaging
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling

Requirements

• Figma Expertise: Highly proficient in Figma
• Adobe Suite Knowledge: Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Startup Mentality: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Schedule: Ability to provide at least 4 hours of overlap during the 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT window
• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing high-end email design work
