The role involves designing, shipping, and iterating high-velocity experiments, such as A/B tests and pricing tests, to measurably improve key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization. This designer will partner with Growth Product Managers to translate hypotheses into testable experiences that directly impact conversion and user journey friction.
Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and iterate experiments that measurably improve key growth metrics
- Partner closely with Growth Product Managers across activation and monetization squads
- Make fast trade-offs between polish and speed
- Contribute to experiment ideation - not just execution
- Use data to inform design decisions and refine direction
Requirements
- 3+ years designing consumer web or app experiences
- Experience working in a growth, optimization, or experimentation-heavy environment
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs
- Comfortable working with product analytics (Amplitude, HotJar, etc.)
- Care about business outcomes as much as user experience
