
The Product Designer will be responsible for designing new product initiatives, such as future certifications, and improving existing certification experiences, focusing on clarity, flow, assessment UX, and feedback loops. This role involves simplifying complex technical workflows and improving the core product experience used daily by millions of learners.

- Design intuitive, scalable learning experiences that guide users from beginner to job-ready

Requirements
- 3+ years designing consumer web or app products
- Experience designing complex workflows
- Strong product thinking
- Ability to work with speed and ownership
