The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of a cohesive experience across Q-CTRL's products, delivering high-quality solutions from concept to polish while partnering with engineering, product, and research teams. Key duties include conducting user research, refining the design system for consistency, and fostering a culture of design excellence through mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of a cohesive experience across Q-CTRL's products
- Design and deliver high-quality experiences, from early concepts to polished solutions
- Partner with engineering, product, and research to define long-term strategy and short-term tactics
- Conduct user research and testing to better understand users and refine products
- Refine the design system to drive consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end on large, complex products
- Skill in turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design direction
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
