The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of a cohesive experience across Q-CTRL's products, delivering high-quality solutions from concept to polish while partnering with engineering, product, and research teams. Key duties include conducting user research, refining the design system for consistency, and fostering a culture of design excellence through mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of a cohesive experience across Q-CTRL's products
  • Design and deliver high-quality experiences, from early concepts to polished solutions
  • Partner with engineering, product, and research to define long-term strategy and short-term tactics
  • Conduct user research and testing to better understand users and refine products
  • Refine the design system to drive consistency and scalability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end on large, complex products
  • Skill in turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design direction
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
