Design - L4 - Product Designer

The designer will operate as a highly effective individual contributor, rapidly prototyping and shipping designs, often within the same day, to solve user problems. They will define how design operates within the company by leveraging AI workflows to iterate quickly and drive strategic decisions through visual designs.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship products quickly, using AI workflows to iterate faster alongside the team and customers
- Define how design operates at Range, figuring out what's actually possible when a great designer leans all the way into AI
- Create designs and flows that will be used by the team to make strategic decisions
- Ship products in 24 hours, learn, and iterate
Requirements
- Experience as a designer who can build and ship products quickly
- Ability to use AI workflows to iterate faster alongside the team and customers
- Taste for good design and intuition-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without waiting for permission
