
The UX Designer will design new solutions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction for business administrators and end-users, working closely with developers, architects, and product owners to create user-focused concepts. Responsibilities include mapping needs, planning solutions, conducting usability tests and user interviews, creating prototypes, and communicating the value of design across the company.

- Map needs, user journeys, and find out about possible solutions
- Plan, carry out, and analyze user tests and user interviews
- Create sketches and prototypes, and test them with customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the design field
- Around 3-5 years of experience in UX design
- Ability to handle complex processes in larger companies
- Collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools like Figma/FigJam
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
