Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams on technical implementation, collaborating closely with client product and engineering teams while extending existing design systems. Responsibilities include driving interactive design ideas, conducting product audits, gathering user insights, documenting user journeys, and delivering implementation-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with the rest of the team on technical implementation
• Collaborate and integrate with clients’ product and engineering teams
• Use existing design systems and extend them further
• Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through quality-driven interactive design
• Conduct product audits, work with UXR teams to gather valuable insights and identify user pain points and apply them in the product design process

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in an agency, preferably worked on a consumer app and hyper-growth technology companies
• Multidisciplinary designer with skills such as UX Design, Concept Development, Rapid Prototyping, System Design, Brand Identity, Product Design, Typography, etc.
• Strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills
