Senior Product Designer

The role involves leading the creative and optimization strategy for key revenue funnels and campaigns to improve conversion rates, while defining and evolving data-informed design systems for rapid experimentation. Designers will collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user insights into high-converting, user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and optimization strategy for key revenue funnels, campaigns, and product-driven experiences
• Define and evolve data-informed design systems, templates, and frameworks
• Work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to turn business goals and user insights into high-converting, user-centred experiences
• Design and optimize high-impact touchpoints, such as landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, design personalization, and testing

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in product design at a tech company, preferably a startup
• Proven experience working with AI tools
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Understanding of UI & UX principles for designing landing pages, emails, and other interfaces
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, vector illustrations and UI design
