Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle across legacy and modern products
- Translate business goals and user insights into personas, journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Plan and conduct discovery activities, including user interviews, competitive research, and customer working groups
- Build, maintain, and apply design system components, ensuring all work aligns with WCAG accessibility standards
Requirements
- 5–8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in enterprise, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Strong interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and end-to-end design thinking skills
- Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
