Senior Product Designer (Web & App) – Gaspedaal.nl (m/f/d)

The Senior Product Designer will drive the end-to-end product experience, from defining customer problems to designing, validating, and launching impactful solutions for the web and mobile applications. This involves working closely with Product and Engineering in a trio structure to continuously discover and solve the right customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Define customer problems and design, validate, and launch solutions that make a real difference
• Work end-to-end, from opportunity discovery to successful launch and optimization
• Design impactful, intuitive, and consistent web and app experiences that contribute to product and business goals
• Use data, customer insights, and experiment results to make sharp choices and guide the product vision
• Monitor best practices and standards in the field of UX, interaction, performance, and accessibility
• Further develop and maintain the design system for consistent experiences
• Take stakeholders along in choices and make the impact visible
• Actively contribute to the design community and inspire colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer within digital products, with a strong focus on web & mobile apps
• A convincing portfolio that shows how you came up with solutions that had a proven product and business impact
• Experience with continuous discovery: conducting customer interviews, validating assumptions, and setting up experiments before development
• The ability to sharply define complex problems and reduce them to clear choices
• In-depth knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and platform guidelines
• Comfort in a product trio with co-ownership of results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
