The role involves driving new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning through execution, including the integration of automation technologies. Responsibilities also include leading technology integration and standardization across EU-wide programs and owning layout optimizations in assigned Delivery Stations.
Responsibilities
- Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution
- Lead and drive technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products
- Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts
- Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications from process requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of project management tool
