Senior Manager, Hardware Design Engineering Thermal

This role involves leading a team in developing cutting-edge cooling solutions for AI servers, switches, and accelerators, partnering with cross-functional architects to define best-in-class products. Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, managing project planning, financials, and setting departmental goals and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications and may act as primary customer contract
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience with Thermal Design and Simulation
- 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong user of Flotherm as CFD analysis tool
- Transient analysis experience is a plus
