This role involves leading the hands-on design and coding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and agentic workflows to allow hardware engineers to query complex design data accurately. Key duties include writing custom Python scripts for data extraction, fine-tuning foundation models for domain expertise, and developing multimodal analysis capabilities for visual engineering data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on design and coding of RAG architectures and agentic workflows
- Build systems to enable hardware engineers to query complex design rules and legacy data
- Develop capabilities for AI to interpret visual engineering data and automate technical documentation
- Implement predictive analytics and Shift-Left algorithms to predict potential defects
- Manage relationships with key AI research partners and cloud vendors
Requirements
- Strong evidence of building and deploying AI-powered applications
- Python mastery
- Data wrangling and extraction skills
- Product sense and ability to turn user requirements into functional AI features
