Events Graphic Designer

The designer will lead the creation of graphics for event venue spaces, collaborating with the operations team to ensure the vision and brand essence are captured across all visual assets. Responsibilities include designing various elements like wall wraps, signage, menus, and packaging while ensuring projects meet brand guidelines from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in creating graphics for venue spaces by collaborating with the operations team on the vision and brand essence of the space
• See through creative projects from start to finish ensuring it meets brand guidelines and creating an exciting space for customers
• Creating designs for a variety of elements including table graphics, wall panels, window wraps, menu designs, credentials, signage, guest ticket packaging, lanyards and supporting projects
• Review floorplans/photos to ensure the space is cohesive, exciting, and appealing
• Working independently and/or with the team on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently
• Ability to adhere fully to multiple brand guidelines
• Some motion graphics and animation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a Graphic Designer Role
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
• Strong print background
• Ability to work directly with print vendors
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, innovative, creative, and flexible
• Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented
• Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
• Strong communication skills
• Strong desire to learn and further develop your skills
• Killer portfolio that showcases your expertise
• Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles
